Choose Products and Submit Your Applications
According to the program guidelines, up to 3 applications per week may be available. If an attempt is not used during the applicable period, it is generally not carried over to the following week.
When you find a product you’d like to try, check the details and follow these steps:
- Open the Free Trial option corresponding to the item
- Select the correct size, if the product has variations
- Make sure the address provided belongs to the same country as the SHEIN store being used for that access
- Review the information and click Submit
Before completing your application: Pay particular attention to the country and delivery address. Information that is incompatible with the store’s region may cause the application to be considered invalid.

Check Your Application Status
After submitting your application, the platform reviews the participants. The result may take approximately one week to appear. You can track everything within the My Free Trial or My Applications section.
- Approved — Your application has been selected. The platform may automatically generate a $0 order to proceed with shipping.
- Failed / Not Approved — Your application was not selected for that opportunity. You may try again in future campaigns that become available.

Try the Product and Complete Your Review
If you are selected and receive the item, use the product normally before writing your review. Pay attention to details such as size, comfort, material, finish, stitching, appearance, and your overall experience using it.
Then access the corresponding panel and submit an honest, detailed review. The indicated deadline is typically approximately 10 days after receiving the item. You can check the status of your report in the My Report section.
To create a more complete review, consider including:
- A balanced opinion covering both positive aspects and areas that could be improved
- Your own well-lit photos showing the product from different angles
- Specific comments about fit, fabric quality, comfort, finish, and everyday use
Possible points: Accepted reviews may generate approximately 20 points. Reports classified as high quality may provide around 100 additional points, according to the rules displayed by the program.
When an initial review is not approved, there may be one additional opportunity to revise the content and submit it again.
